Feely Developments broke ground in Winter Park in 2007. Since then, Ryan Feely has been buying land and building speculative homes to show case his keen eye for beautiful design and well built homes. Feely Developments welcomes being the newcomer to such a historic area as Winter Park. Ryan is also a Licensed Realtor with Parkland International Realty. My mission is to build homes that will be enjoyed and cherished by their owners today and for years to come. I am not just building homes; I am dedicated to building lasting relationships with my clients and bringing joy into the custom building process. I am a “hands on” contractor and project manager and will work closely with my clients from the initial design to the completion of your custom home or renovation.
